Shutdown Scheduler Fixed Plant
In this role, your overall focus will be to develop an executable schedule for large-scale shutdowns based on maintenance and life of asset strategy.
Apply Lean Principles to ensure the shutdown schedule is optimised from a Safety, Cost and Quality perspective.
Reporting to the Planning and Scheduling Superintendent, your duties will include:
Responsibilities
Develop shutdown schedules over an 18-week period following a disciplined shutdown process.
Develop efficient critical paths for process plant shutdowns that meet the mines requirements.
Identify task interactions that could impact safety and work with maintenance teams to eliminate them.
Create shutdown schedules that align with cost targets and budgets.
Confirm all resources including parts, labour and tolling are available for shutdown.
Use and understand key KPIs to measure shutdown schedule efficiency.
Develop sound relationships with stakeholders to achieve optimum results.
Facilitate key shutdown preparation and execution meetings.
Facilitate post-shutdown improvement meetings and apply lessons learned to future shutdowns.

Background in processing plant operations or maintenance.
Previous experience in maintenance scheduling and planning for large-scale machinery/processing plants.
Previous exposure to SAP, MS Excel and Prometheus.
Candidates must be currently residing in Western Australia and legally entitled to work in Australia.
