About The Role
As a HR Generalist, you'll be involved in the full employee lifecycle and provide hands-on support across:
* Onboarding and offboarding
* Performance management
* Payroll, employment documentation, and HR systems (ELMO).
* Case management and HR advisory support
* Work Health & Safety (WHS) compliance
* HR reporting and data analysis
In addition to Supporting strategic HR projects and cultural initiatives, you'll be the go-to person for managers and staff, building trusted relationships and delivering timely, practical HR support across the business.
What You'll Bring
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Proven experience in a HR generalist or advisory role
* Solid knowledge of Australian employment legislation and WHS practices
* Strong understanding of HR operations and HRIS systems
* Intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for people and process improvement
