We are looking for a fresh face straight out of training or a passionate person with real estate experience to be our next Junior Assistant Property Manager to join our growing Property Management team at Team Brockhurst Property Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside our two experienced Property Managers in a supportive, fast‐paced environment.

About the Role
As a Junior Assistant Property Manager, you'll play an important support role within our Property Management department, helping ensure our landlords, tenants, and properties are looked after to the highest standard. This role offers excellent hands‐on experience and ongoing development opportunities for someone wanting to establish a successful career in property management.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Assisting our Property Managers with daily portfolio management tasks
* Conducting routine inspections and Property Condition Reports (licence required)
* Co‐ordinating maintenance requests, quotes, and work orders
* Communicating professionally with landlords, tenants, and trades
* Managing key organisation and office administration tasks
* Supporting leasing and new management onboarding processes
* Using CRM systems including Property Tree (experience desirable but not essential)
* Maintaining accurate reporting and documentation
* Following office systems, procedures, checklists and workflows
* Attending appointments and inspections during work hours using company vehicle access

Requirements
* Current Driver's Licence
* Police Clearance
* Current Registration Certificate or nearing completion
* CPD Obligations annually
