Pay Details
Base pay: A$111,275.00 – A$120,453.00 per year, plus 17% superannuation.

Responsibilities
* Administer platform operations and manage daily activities of the microscopy facility.
* Provide expert training and technical support to researchers using advanced microscopy techniques.
* Perform routine maintenance and ensure optimal performance of sophisticated microscopes.
* Contribute to research projects by offering microscopy expertise and troubleshooting.
* Collaborate with academic and professional staff to enhance platform capabilities and team success.
Qualifications
* Hold a degree in biomedical sciences, physics, or a related field with relevant microscopy experience.
* Hands‐on experience with optical microscopy techniques, including confocal and super‐resolution microscopy.
* Strong problem‐solving and troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective user training and support.
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
* Background in microscopy or biomedical sciences and a passion for supporting cutting‐edge research.
