* Crafting beautiful floral arrangements, displays, and gifts using seasonal flowers and other materials.
* Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
* Maintaining a safe and organized work environment, including handling and storing flowers, equipment, and supplies.
* Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and meet customer demands.
* A Certificate III in Floristry or significant hands-on experience in floristry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
