Location: Port Hedland, WA

Work Type: Part Time – 30 hours a week | 7-month Max Term Contract

Are you someone who can juggle priorities, spot issues early and take pride in ensuring operations are always ready to go? This role would suit a proactive Operational Administrator or Facilities & Property Coordinator who enjoys variety, autonomy and being trusted to own their work. You'll play a critical role in keeping offices, housing, fleet and depots operational at all times, while confidently coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing shifting priorities.

Your impact in the role

* Ensure offices, depots, assets and employee housing are always operationally ready.
* Coordinate property, facilities and maintenance activities both scheduled and reactive with contractors and suppliers.
* Manage employee housing, including sourcing properties to lease or purchase and overseeing arrangements.
* Oversee fleet maintenance to ensure vehicles are compliant, serviced and fit for purpose.
* Act as the central coordination point, triaging requests and balancing competing priorities.
* Deliver high‐level operational administration, including records, reporting, scheduling and Excel‐based data management.

What You'll Bring

* Experience or understanding of property maintenance, facilities or property management.
* Strong administrative and organisational capability, with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
* Confident communication style and a helpful, service‐first approach.
* A proactive, energised mindset with the ability to anticipate needs beyond the task list.
* A practical, calm approach when things get busy. Able to prioritise and keep momentum.
* WA C-class driver's licence.
