Wholesale Travel Business Development Manager

What You'll Be Doing
- Growing wholesale sales across Queensland by developing and executing smart strategies.
- Building lasting relationships with travel partners through regular in-person visits, virtual meetings, and a structured call plan.
- Becoming the go-to expert on wholesale products and services, supporting agents to sell with confidence.
- Working alongside your Regional Manager to set goals and hit ambitious sales targets.
- Using CRM tools to track activities, report results, and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
- Analysing sales data to spot new opportunities and drive proactive growth.
- Representing the brand at trade shows, industry events, famils, and conferences.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in the travel industry, ideally in sales or account management.
- Really well networked across the travel industry, with strong relationships that you can leverage.
- Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with resilience and a drive to succeed.
- A valid driver's licence and flexibility to travel throughout Queensland.
