Description
* Manage and grow partnerships to achieve policy quota targets and business objectives.
* Develop and implement strategic plans to strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.
* Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities within the financial services sector.
* Provide regular updates and insights on market trends and partnership performance.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to partners.
* Represent the organisation at industry events and networking opportunities.
* Prepare and present reports on partnership outcomes to senior leadership.
* Resolve issues and provide solutions to partners to maintain strong relationships.
Profile
A successful Partnerships Manager should have:
* A strong background in sales or business development within the financial services industry.
* Proven experience in insurance sales, and experiencing dealing with brokers.
* Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Experience in developing and executing strategic partnership plans.
* An understanding of market trends and their impact on business growth.
* The capability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities effectively.
* A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
