Job Description
- Audit and assess the Regular Giving and Past Patient programs.
- Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement using existing data and donor insights.
- Develop and implement direct response campaigns (email and mail).
- Prepare campaign briefs, budgets, and timelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and execution.
- Deliver tangible improvements that increase donor acquisition and retention.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in fundraising or marketing within the not-for-profit sector.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and CRM platforms.
- Know how to interpret campaign data and apply it to strategy.
- Understand the healthcare or charitable giving landscape.
- Be a strong writer who can connect with donor motivations and values.
