Synergie is seeking an Experienced Pick Packer for a global leader in supply chain solutions, proudly supporting some of the world's biggest quick-service restaurant brands, located in Gepps Cross.
Due to continued growth and increasing operational demands, we are now seeking highly experienced Pick Packer to join their fast-paced, dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately pick and pack chilled and frozen products
* Operate pallet jacks or trolleys safely
* Maintain stock accuracy and follow picking slips or RF scanners / voice pickers
* Work efficiently to reach targets
* Follow food safety and hygiene standards
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas
Requirements:
* Minimum 6–12 months pick packing experience (freezer/chiller environment preferred)
* Comfortable working in cold conditions (protective gear provided)
* Ability to lift up to 10kg - 20kg and be on your feet
* Reliable and punctual with good attention to detail
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
