Qualifications
* Minimum: 8+ years of software engineering work experience, or a PhD + 4 years of experience, including hands‐on technical management.
* Demonstrated experience recruiting, building, structuring, and leading technical organizations, including performance management.
* Bachelor of Science/Master's in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
* Experience supporting, coaching, mentoring, and developing software engineers.
* 2+ years of experience managing a team of engineers with varied skill levels.
* Preferred: Hands‐on technical management building large‐scale distributed systems.
Benefits and Compensation
Base compensation: $184,000/year to $257,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits. Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
