About the Role
We are seeking dedicated, flexible, and customer-focussed Customer Service Officers to join our team in Launceston.
These are true casual, on-call positions best suited to individuals who are open to working ad hoc shifts. As these roles support various locations and functions, your shifts will vary across a 7-day roster, offering a great deal of variety.
These positions are heavily customer-facing. Your core duties will include providing exceptional service, handling enquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting the team in day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
* Providing accurate information and assistance regarding products and services.
* Resolving customer issues or escalating them to management as required.
* Maintaining up-to-date records and processing transactions accurately.
* Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operational flow.
About You:
* Proven experience in customer service or a related front-facing role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a \"customer-first\" mindset.
* The ability to work independently and adapt quickly to different team environments.
* True flexibility to work ad hoc across a 7-day week on short notice.
* Competent computer skills and familiarity with customer management systems (CRM).
