What You’ll Be Doing:
- Teaming up with the Field Operations Manager to keep projects running smoothly across the state
- Hitting the road to visit stores in your region
- Leading and coaching a crew of merchandisers and project staff
- Rolling out new store setups, relays, and refits
- Answering team questions and keeping things on track (sometimes outside 9–5)
- Jumping in hands-on when needed — setting up, moving stock, and placing products
- Making sure KPIs are met and clients (and customers) are happy
About You:
- You’ve led teams before, or been the “go-to” person others rely on
- Retail or hardware experience (Bunnings is a big bonus!)
- A natural coach — positive, encouraging, and able to bring out the best in people
- Cool under pressure, solution-focused, and always looking for smarter ways to work
- Hands-on, not afraid of a ladder, and happy to get physical when needed
- Adaptable to travel with the occasional overnight stay
