The Office Administrator is a key front-of-house role, acting as the first point of contact for visitors and callers and plays a vital role in creating a professional and welcoming office environment. The role handles a wide range of administrative duties, including front-desk reception, managing travel arrangements, coordinating events, assisting the executive team, and overseeing general office operations. The Office Administrator requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic work environment.
Please note, this role includes reception duties at our Milton office from Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm therefore we are not able to support flexible working arrangements for this role.
