The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work on a 14 day on, 7 day off roster with flights, accommodation and meals provided. Local applicants are encouraged to apply on a drive-in, drive-out basis.
The Job:
- Sous Chefs – 10 hour days
- Line Chefs – 10 hour days
The Requirements:
- Minimum Cert III in Commercial Cookery (essential)
- Food safety supervisory certification (desirable)
- Experience within bulk catering environments
- Excellent knowledge of kitchen procedures and operations
- Experience in menu writing, rostering and cost control
- Hygienic work practices and HACCP guidelines
- Previous supervisory/management experience (essential for higher level roles)
