Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of steel building products, proudly operating locally in Bunbury.
They produce a wide range of high-quality steel solutions, including roofing, walling, and structural components.
With a strong focus on teamwork, quality craftsmanship, and a can-do attitude, they are now seeking experienced Machine Operators to join their dedicated team.
About the Role
Operating machinery for steel fabrication and production.
Flashings Operator – responsible for operating specialised machinery, shaping steel flashing components.
Purlin Operator – responsible for operating specialised machinery that manufactures metal purlins for structural applications.
Set up machinery according to product specifications.
Quality check finished products to ensure they meet required standards.
Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment.
Work in a team to meet daily production targets.
About You
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and hands-on approach.
Experience operating industrial machinery in a production environment; steel production experience is highly desirable.
High attention to detail and quality assurance.
Forklift ticket and experience (desirable).
Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen.
