Fashion Buyer
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing in‐season inventory by identifying performance and non‐performing styles.
* Meeting sales targets and achieving margin and inventory level budgets.
* Collaborating with Production, Design, Marketing and eCommerce to develop strategic plans for each season.
* Proactively pursuing commercial opportunities and minimizing markdown risks.
* Staying ahead of emerging runway trends and brands.
* Curating styles and ranges that best suit the brand/collection.
Qualifications:
* 3+ years' experience in fashion, retail and women's apparel.
* Minimum of 1 year in a similar role.
* Intermediate level of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
* Great knowledge of the fashion and fabric industry.
* Passion for fashion, trends and the brand.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to make creative and commercial decisions.
Size 8 Fit Model
Key Responsibilities:
* Attend fit sessions lasting 3–6 hours, every week or fortnight.
* Provide feedback on garment fit and styling.
* Assist in evaluating design suitability for final production.
Qualifications:
* Size 8 with bust 82–85 cm, waist 64–67 cm, hips 92–95 cm, height 168–175 cm.
* Minimum 1 week of fit modelling experience (preferred).

Fashion Designer
Key Responsibilities:
* Understand national and international current trends and analyse them for consumer presentation.
* Run fit sessions to ensure accurate garment fitting.
* Create and maintain technical packs, style sheets, artwork, colour approvals and measurements.
* Approve fabric submissions from sample stage to bulk production while meeting strict deadlines.
* Collaborate with manufacturers through design, sampling, corrections and bulk production stages.
* Work effectively with cross‐functional teams and maintain strong communication.
Qualifications:
* Ability to interpret fashion trends for the fast‐fashion industry.
* Knowledge of garment construction.
* Terrestrial qualification in Fashion Design preferred.
* Strong technical knowledge and analytic skills.
* Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
* Experience assisting in all aspects of design from concept to sampling to final production.
* Knowledge of the fashion and fabric industry.
* Understanding of graphic art, colours, fabrics, trim and fit.
* Fashion‐forward and trend‐focused mindset.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat).
