Job Overview
The Program Coordinator Student Services role is an integral part of our student wellbeing team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on students' attendance, behaviour, social/emotional wellbeing, educational engagement, and Students at Educational Risk.
To ensure high quality outcomes for students, you will need to build positive, professional working relationships with students, staff, parents, and stakeholders. This requires strong interpersonal and public relations skills, as well as the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
You must also have demonstrated capacity to provide effective leadership in a diverse range of educational settings, including targeted intervention and student case management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and report on students' attendance, behaviour, and wellbeing
* Provide support to teachers and curriculum leaders in student wellbeing
* Collaborate with the student services team to meet all Schools Curriculum and Standards Authority requirements
This role requires a high level of communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
