Client Services Coordinator

* Relaxed accounting firm based in Townsville
* Flexi working conditions + half days on Friday
* Very social culture and positive office environment
* Up to $75k + Super

FIRM

This represents an amazing opportunity with a very social and vibrant accounting firm based in Townsville. This firm has been in operation for many years and led by very down to earth and relaxed Partners.

The firm has invested heavily in their office culture and focus on employee wellbeing.

POSITION

Due to strong growth the position of Client Services Coordinator has been created.

The role will involve the following:

* Work alongside the admin team and support the accounting team
* Client relationship management
* Onboarding new clients
* Solid undersanding of general accounting firm admin
* Experience with ASIC Corp Sec + ATO Lodgements is highly desirable
* Database management
* Any other administrative duties as required

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

* 2+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
* Experience with all facets of public practice administration
* Strong experience with Xero and MYOB
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills
* Ability to be a team player
