Are you a fantastic disability support worker? Sleepover shifts. $44.54 p/h weekdays after induction, plus salary packaging (pay less tax).
Requirements
* Good judgement and common sense, listening skills, willingness to learn and commitment to our values
* Experience supporting people with a physical disability, including manual handling
* Experience with PEG feeding, catheter care and bowel care – a bonus but not necessary
* Have great patience and be willing to put in the time and energy to build rapport with client
* Enthusiasm and passion for supporting people with disabilities to live great lives
* Commitment to working with a care team approach, including guidance from professionals (e.g., supporting our clients to complete a regular physiotherapy program)
* Full driver's licence and be willing and comfortable driving a client's vehicle
* Willingness to work sleepover shifts
* We are looking to support clients based in Ballarat
* NDIS Worker Screening Check must be obtained before starting work
