The Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Internal Sales person to join our Tamworth branch.
As the first point of contact for customers, you'll provide outstanding service and sales support while helping ensure smooth and efficient order processing.
Key responsibilities:
* Handle sales and customer enquiries over the phone and at the counter
* Process orders, prepare and follow up on quotes
* Market our products and services with a focus on great customer service
* Provide administrative support to ensure smooth order fulfilment
* Work closely with the team on stock and logistics
What We're Looking For
* Positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
* Previous customer service or telephone sales experience
* Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail
* Ability to multi-task and work both independently and in a team
* Proficiency in MS Office and solid computer skills
* Enthusiastic, driven, and eager to learn
* Experience in retail, hardware, or trade environments (advantageous but not essential)
