Wildflame is on the hunt for a passionate chef to join our team.
We are seeking keen and passionate chef, cook to join our dynamic kitchen team and someone who will enjoy the fast paced environment the kitchen has to offer.
Chef position:
Prior experience in grill, pans and deep fryers is a bonus
Qualified Chef – Certificate III or above in Commercial Cookery
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
Strong awareness of Hygiene & Food Safety Standards
Attention to detail, fantastic food presentation and strong organisational skills.
The Position is a Hands on role to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen, hygiene, menu planning, safety awareness and staff control duties, managing your daily workload while achieving high quality output in volume. Implementing and observing relevant safety and hygiene practices and compliance, Organising and planning functions, Ensuring outstanding customer service is provided to the customer
