About the Role

You will contribute to safe and effective clinical practice, working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver care that meets regulatory and statutory requirements. Enrolled Nurses provide care under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse or Midwife, developing from novice to proficient practice, while Registered Nurses deliver nursing services with increasing autonomy and professional accountability as their expertise grows.
This role offers the opportunity to consolidate your clinical skills, expand your knowledge, and contribute to continuous service improvement within a multidisciplinary care setting. Whether supporting patients directly or guiding less experienced staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring compassionate, evidence-based care that promotes dignity, safety, and positive health outcomes for every individual.
About You
You are a compassionate and motivated nursing professional dedicated to delivering safe, person-centred care within a multidisciplinary team. Whether joining as an Enrolled Nurse (EN) or Registered Nurse (RN), you demonstrate professionalism, empathy and clinical competence in supporting patients to achieve the best possible health outcomes. You value collaboration, adaptability and continuous learning, with a strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of nursing practice.
In this role, you will bring:
* Qualifications & Professional Registration
Enrolled or Registered Nurse (or eligible for enrolment/registration) with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and a current practising certificate.
* Clinical Skills & Experience
Demonstrated experience delivering high-quality nursing care in line with professional standards, with the ability to recognise changes in clinical condition and respond effectively.
* Communication & Teamwork
Strong verbal and written communication skills, complemented by the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and contribute positively to patient care.
* Knowledge & Commitment to Best Practice
Sound understanding of relevant legislation, codes and competency standards, with a demonstrated commitment to quality improvement and consumer-focused care.
