About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to support sales operations through the efficient staging, slitting, spooling, picking, packing and despatch of customer orders in a timely manner.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager Australia & New Zealand, some of your responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment in line with Workplace Health & Safety procedures
* Operating slitting machines, packing machines, core cutters and other machinery as required
* Picking, packing and despatching orders in accordance with standard warehouse procedures
* Processing customer orders in line with the daily production schedule to a high standard
* Supporting the Operations Supervisor and broader operations team
* Picking and pre-staging jumbo stock for machine operations
* Liaising with and booking couriers and freight services
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* At least 3 years' relevant experience in a manufacturing and/or warehouse environment
* Ability to work independently, follow processes and multitask effectively
* Fluent English communication skills, written and verbal
* A reliable, flexible and team-focused attitude
* A current Driver's Licence (Essential)
* Forklift Licence (Desirable)
