Responsibilities:
* To deliver advanced clinical physiotherapy services for patients in the Intensive Care Unit
* To lead service development, quality improvement initiatives, and research projects
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in acute care physiotherapy, particularly ICU and/or HDU settings. Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, with a passion for developing others, are essential. Additionally, strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team are required.
