The Role You'll manage a tidy, systemised residential portfolio with excellent backend support, allowing you to focus on quality service rather than volume.
Your responsibilities will include:
* End-to-end management of approximately 120 residential properties
* Coordinating maintenance, lease renewals, and rent reviews
* Completing entry and exit condition reports as required
* Liaising with landlords, tenants, and trades to ensure smooth tenancy operations
* Working autonomously while being fully supported by established processes and systems
About You
* Minimum 4 years' experience in residential property management
* Confident working independently and managing your own portfolio
* Current Certificate of Registration (essential)
* Valid driver's licence
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
