In this role, you'll lead end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of roles, shaping hiring strategies, building talent pipelines, and delivering an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers while championing recruitment best practice.Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Recruitment Partnering: Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, provide expert recruitment advice, and implement effective sourcing strategies while promoting consistent, candidate-focused hiring practices.Recruitment Delivery: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role scoping to offer and onboarding, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience while maintaining ATS accuracy, compliance, and recruitment standards.Projects & Continuous Improvement: Contribute to talent acquisition initiatives that enhance recruitment processes, employer branding, and technology while driving continuous improvement and innovation in hiring practices.Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, influencing hiring decisions and ensuring recruitment activities align with business priorities.Talent Pipelining: Proactively source and develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, particularly for hard-to-fill or critical roles.QualificationsProven end-to-end recruitment experience within complex environments, ideally in-house.Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability across multiple organisational levels.Skilled in proactive sourcing, talent pipelining, and delivering strong candidate experiences.Highly resilient and adaptable, with the grit and determination to deliver results in fast-paced or ambiguous environments.Detail-oriented and solutions-focused, with strong capability in compliance, data integrity, and recruitment technology.Additional InformationThis is a full-time, max-term position ending March 12, 2027.Hybrid working with flexibility in location, BNE, SYD or VIC based.This role offers strong opportunities for growth and development for someone who is proactive, takes initiative, and is keen to shape their own career path.This advertisement will expire on the 22nd of March.We are an equal opportunity employer.
