This is a hands-on reporting role that blends breaking news with data-driven storytelling and feature writing. You will be responsible for gathering and presenting news stories in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities:

* Write and edit articles for publication

* Produce engaging multimedia content, such as videos and podcasts

* Conduct interviews with newsmakers and everyday people

Requirements:

* Strong news-gathering and writing/reporting skills

* Proven skills in writing for online and social media audiences with tight deadlines

* Proven educational qualifications in Communications/Journalism

* Willingness to engage with the community as an agenda-setting journalist who delivers engaging coverage relevant to the local region
