Job Description:
As a valued member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to design and implement engaging learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children. You will work collaboratively with our Educational Leader and Senior Educators to create a safe and inclusive environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and social-emotional growth.
Responsibilities:
* Design and implement high-quality learning programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Work collaboratively with the Educational Leader and Senior Educators to achieve our educational goals
* Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all children, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being
* Develop and maintain relationships with children, families, and colleagues to build a positive and supportive community
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
