No cold calling. You’ll attend site inspections arranged by an in-house appointment‑setting team that pre‑qualifies every customer.

You’ll gather on‑site details (roof type, power phase, budget, battery placement), prepare quotes across three pricing tiers, and follow up within days – a proven system that delivers around a 50% conversion ratio.

What You’ll Be Doing
Conduct residential and commercial site assessments across Sydney
Build genuine relationships with customers – not pushy selling, but confident consultation
Present tailored solar and battery solutions and manage quoting follow‑ups
Hit achievable targets of 3+ deals per week
Represent a brand that values transparency and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
We’re open to different experience levels, as long as the drive is there:
Experienced Solar Sales Consultants
– ready to hit the ground running
Proven Sales Professionals (non‑solar)
– strong communicators keen to learn the renewables space
Retail/Entry‑Level Salespeople
– coachable, hungry to build a career in a booming industry
You’ll Need
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
A positive, self‑motivated attitude and adaptability with appointment times
Your own car (with a weekly allowance and parking provided)
The Rewards
16+ sales/month = 10% (back‑paid on all from #9)
Base salary based on experience (A$70K–$100K + allowance + super)
Realistic OTE of $120K+, with top performers reaching $180K–$200K
