Front of House Customer Service Role

This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires a proactive approach to guest service. As a Guest Services Attendant, you will be responsible for:
* Welcoming and assisting guests with their seating and resolving any inquiries or concerns professionally
* Maintaining a clean and well-presented theatre to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience
* Assisting in emergency response procedures, including guiding patrons during evacuations and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
We are looking for someone who is well-presented, has excellent communication skills, and can work effectively as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating amazing experiences for our guests.
