Within our People and Culture division, the Reward, Performance and Governance team leads remuneration and benefits programs. We have an opportunity for a permanent full-time Senior Reward Analyst to join the team, reporting to the Senior Manager Remuneration.
Responsibilities
* Contribute to the development, implementation and delivery of compensation and benefits policies, programs and practices across the organisation
* Manage remuneration data, provide reporting and conduct in-depth analysis to support decision making and ensure accurate execution of reward processes
* Support the management of the annual remuneration review process, including planning, communication and delivery
What you'll bring
* A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Finance, or equivalent
* Demonstrated success and previous experience in a specialist remuneration or compensation analyst role
* Strong understanding of salary benchmarking principles and methodologies
* Experience with HRIS systems (including SuccessFactors) with a willingness to learn new technologies
* Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, macros, VBA scripting, advanced formulas)
* Proven experience in Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tool
* Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with high attention to detail
