We're a growing Toowoomba construction team seeking a motivated Admin Assistant to support our growth and help take the business to the next level.
About the Role:
This is a hands-on position that will support both the day-to-day running of the office and provide direct assistance to our Director. We're looking for someone who's organised, proactive, and keen to grow with us. You'll be working in-office to start with, but once you're settled in, there's potential to move into a hybrid working arrangement.
Key Duties:
* General administration support (filing, document preparation, emails, etc.)
* Data entry and record-keeping
* Booking appointments and managing calendars
* Assisting the Director with personal assistant tasks
* Supporting project documentation and tracking
* Helping streamline office systems and processes
What We're Looking For:
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident with basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
* Friendly and professional communication style
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
* Experience in admin or construction admin is a bonus, but not essential
