Step into a leadership position at a supportive early learning centre in Granville, located in Maryborough. This centre is licensed for approximately 85 children (0-5 years) and has achieved a rating of Meeting National Quality Standard.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement engaging, play-based programs that reflect children's interests while embedding the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS) into everyday practice.
* Mentor and coach educators in your room, building reflective practice and professional growth.
* Play an active role in the service's Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) and curriculum decisions.
* Build strong relationships with families and the local community to create inclusive and meaningful learning experiences.

Requirements
* Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
* Minimum 12 months of experience leading a room or team in an Australian early learning context.
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training.
* Valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
* Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and the planning cycle.
* Confidence in mentoring colleagues and engaging families.
