* Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for ERP systems.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and system enhancements.
* Lead ERP system implementation, upgrades, and integration projects.
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP‑related issues.
* Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and configurations.
* Conduct user training sessions and workshops to ensure effective system utilisation.
* Work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver tailored ERP solutions.
* Ensure compliance with organisational and industry standards in all ERP‑related activities.
Successful Applicant
* Proven experience in business analysis within the industrial and manufacturing industry.
* Strong knowledge of ERP systems and their implementation.
* Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
* Experience in project management and working with cross‑functional teams.
* Proficiency in documenting technical requirements and processes.
* A proactive attitude and a focus on delivering results.
