Compensation Professional
We are seeking an analytical professional to support the development, implementation, and administration of our compensation programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market research, data analysis, and equity planning to ensure internal consistency and external competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using salary surveys and internal data.
* Analyze job profiles to determine appropriate compensation levels.
* Partner with HR and business leaders on compensation decisions for new hires, promotions, and performance evaluations.
* Support the development of salary structures, incentive plans, and other compensation initiatives.
* Evaluate compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
* Participate in compensation-related projects such as audits, reviews, and transparency initiatives.
* Prepare and maintain reports and dashboards to inform business decisions.
* Assist in annual planning processes including merit and bonus cycles.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
* 2+ years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or related field.
* Proficiency in Excel; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with compensation survey tools.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* CCP certification is a plus but not required.
