Home Decor Assistant Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Home Decor Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key leadership role, you will support the Store Manager in coaching, developing and mentoring the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive outstanding store sales.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supporting the Store Manager in achieving business objectives.

* Contributing to the development and implementation of visual merchandising displays and store layouts.
* Ensuring stock levels are maintained at optimal levels.
