* Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the individual needs of each resident.
* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care to residents.
* Communicate complex care plan needs to incoming residents and their representatives.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and progress.
