We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Plant Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in plant operations and a strong mechanical aptitude. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining equipment, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and conducting routine inspections to ensure efficient operation.
Key responsibilities:
* Operate plant equipment, such as front end loaders and screening equipment, in a safe and efficient manner
* Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
* Follow safety protocols and compliance standards at all times
* Maintain accurate records of operations and performance
* Demonstrate a customer-focused attitude and strong leadership skills
* Flexibility in working hours to meet operational needs
Qualifications:
* Valid Front end Loader (Excavator and HR)
* Current Driver's License
* Ability to pass drug & alcohol screening
* Strong commitment to safety and compliance
* Reliable, professional and customer-focused attitude
