Join AWLQ at one of the most exciting times in our history. With a new leadership team and a bold vision to modernise how we communicate, we're looking for a Marketing Producer who wants to make a real difference for animals and the people who love them.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Digital, you will lead the delivery of AWLQ's content production strategy, managing internal stakeholders, contributors, and external agencies and creative freelancers to deliver a coordinated, agency‐style marketing function. You will work alongside a passionate team (and a few furry stars) to produce compelling storytelling and video content, execute digital campaigns and projects, and bring ideas to life that drive engagement, support, and measurable impact across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
* Content production: Develop and manage a structured service request system for internal stakeholders to brief on content, video, and digital project requirements, ensuring clear prioritisation, efficient workflows, and timely delivery across campaigns.
* Campaign creative delivery: Support the development and execution of campaign messaging and creative assets across multiple channels, working with agencies and creative freelancers to deliver high‐quality, on‐brand outputs aligned to organisational priorities.
* Content and Storytelling: Own and deliver the content production strategy and plan, leveraging storytelling and video production to showcase animals, people, and community impact in a way that drives engagement and action.
* Brand Champion: Ensure consistency in all internal and external communications to strengthen our reputation and enhance brand recognition.
* Digital Marketing: Support the manager as required to assist with social media, website management, and digital campaigns to increase engagement, reach, and conversions.
* Manage talent: Identify and coordinate internal and external contributors, including staff, volunteers, and partners, to support authentic and impactful content creation across the organisation.
Essential Qualifications And Experience
* Proven success in content production and marketing campaigns.
* Tertiary qualification in a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
* Communication skills: excellent verbal, written and interpersonal.
* Meticulous accuracy.
* Decision‐making ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously and make sound decisions.
* Technological: competent with modern software tools to manage tasks and produce compelling content. Using Generative and Agentic AI will be an important part of the role.
* Planning: effective workload prioritisation, productivity, on‐time attendance and meeting timely response periods.
* Agencies: Experience working with agencies, creative freelancers, or external partners to deliver campaign outcomes.
* Presentation: takes pride in own appearance and organisation's property.
* Flexibility to work outside of business hours to attend events.
