My client, an Australian Government Body is seeking a Senior SAP ERP Business Analyst with experience in enterprise reporting BI or analytics. The role is open to Australian Citizens or those that are eligible to obtain a security baseline clearance.
This is a 12-18 month contract offering a hybrid work set up based in Canberra.
Key duties and responsibilities
The responsibilities and duties of the role include, but are not limited to:
* Elicit, analyse and document business requirements across finance, procurement and travel management functions
* Define future-state processes and information flows to ERP standard ("adopt not adapt") principles
* Define functional requirements, data requirements and business rules to support configuration and integration
* Support solution design workshops and validate proposed ERP solutions against business needs
* Work alongside the development and testing teams to clarify requirements, support build, and resolve issues
* Support user acceptance testing (UAT), business readiness, data validation activities and go-live transition
* Assist with change impact assessment, training inputs, user and operational handover stabilisation.
Criteria
* BA experience on SAP or ERP projects
* Business Situation Analysis (BUSA) – Level 4
* Business process improvement (BPRE) – Level 4
* Stakeholder relationship management (RLMT) – Level 4
* Experience with enterprise reporting, BI or analytics platforms
* Exposure to budgeting, forecasting or performance management processes
* Experience working with data models and financial reporting structures
