The Role:
We're seeking a motivated Property Manager to join a thriving team on the Northern Beaches.
* Managing a portfolio of approx. 150 properties
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords & tenants
* Conducting routine inspections
* Handling ingoing & outgoing property condition reports
* Managing repairs, maintenance requests, and follow-ups
* Overseeing lease renewals and rent reviews
* Monitoring arrears and ensuring compliance
* Managing general administration with full support provided
* Ensuring exceptional communication and service delivery
What We're Looking For:
* Experienced Property Managers or strong Junior PMs ready to step up
* COR certificate, license, and your own vehicle
* A proactive communicator who builds strong landlord and tenant relationships
* Someone who thrives in a collaborative, social team environment
* A professional who values structure, support, and high standards
