3. Week 1 Shifts
Tuesday - 0830h - 1630h
Friday - 0830h - 1630h
4. Week 2 Shifts
Tuesday - 0830h - 1630h
Friday - 0830h - 1630h

About the role

This role works in a supportive, multi-disciplinary environment that embraces evidence based, best practice to support clients back to their best health.

In this role you will help to maximise clients' health and well-being, using physiotherapy practice, regardless of the clients' age, disease or disability.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

* undertaking holistic assessments to identify each clients' needs, goals and preferences
* providing high quality, efficient and timely clinical services to contribute to better outcomes for clients
* contributing positively to multi-disciplinary care planning for our clients.
* engaging in case conferencing and problem-solving of complex care needs.
* proactively delivering evidence-based reablement pathways to ensure client physical, social and mental health benefits
* mentoring students as well as supporting new therapy staff members in service and organisation orientations

About you

We are looking for people who will be the difference in the lives of our residents and clients.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience;

* a Bachelor or Master Degree in Physiotherapy and current unrestricted registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist.
* demonstrated broad relevant experience with an understanding of clinical practices in an aged care setting.
* experience in person-centred practice, service continuous improvement, evidence based treatment and service delivery
* interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills that foster the co-operation and support of clients, staff, external service providers and other stakeholders
* sound knowledge of the requirements of the Aged Care Standards as are applicable to the role.
* all applicants will also need to hold a current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence
