What You Will Own.
This role is about turning leads into confident traders and making sure their first experience with Fusion Markets is a great one. You'll be talking to people from all over the world, helping them get started, stay active, and feel supported. If you're someone who loves a good chat, enjoys hitting goals, and doesn't mind a bit of friendly competition, you'll fit right in. You're curious, quick on your feet, and not afraid to pick up the phone or dive into a new challenge. You bring energy, initiative, and a knack for making things happen, without needing to be asked twice. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for:
* Working inbound and outbound leads across global markets, guiding clients through onboarding, activation, and funding.
* Supporting sales and partner teams with lead generation, account management, and client engagement.
* Collaborating with the Head of Sales on growth initiatives and ensure compliance with all internal and regulatory standards.
* Building strong relationships with clients and provide tailored support where needed.
* Working cross-functionally with Customer Service, Risk, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to enhance the overall client experience.
What Makes You Great in This Role
* Prior experience in a sales or client-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple client relationships and competing priorities.
* Confident communicator who enjoys engaging with people from diverse backgrounds and building lasting relationships.
* Interest in financial markets and trading, with a willingness to learn and grow in the space.
* Additional language skills are desirable.
