WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Oak & Mill is looking for an experienced and qualified Baker to join their dynamic team.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Decorate finished baked goods with glaze, icing, or cream
· Operate baking equipment and machinery
· Ensure equipment cleanliness and workplace safety compliance
· Prepare dough and pastry fillings
· Clean and maintain baking tools and machinery
· Check quality of raw materials and measure ingredients
· Oversee production of bread, pastries, and cakes
· Monitor baking processes and product appearance
WHAT YOU NEED:
· Relevant qualifications related to baking and patisserie
· A minimum of 2 years of baking experience
SALARY EXPECTATION
$75,000 to $85,000 per annum
