Job Opportunity: Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily park operations, respond to after-hours callouts, and support guest check-ins, reservations, and account handling.
* Assist with budget tracking, lead and mentor staff across departments, and maintain a high standard of park presentation, safety, and compliance.

This is a hands-on, leadership role that requires strong communication skills, a service mindset, and adaptability. You'll bring valuable experience in holiday parks, hospitality, accommodation, or tourism, as well as familiarity with operational coordination and reporting.
Requirements:
* Leadership experience in holiday parks, hospitality, accommodation, or tourism.
* Strong team mentoring and operational coordination skills.
* Familiarity with budget tracking and reporting.
* Experience with RMS or similar reservations systems (ideal).
* Great interpersonal skills and a customer-first approach.
* Flexibility for weekend and after-hours shifts.
* A valid driver's license and willingness to live on site.
