Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities and be proficient in Microsoft Office.


Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and handle incoming calls and emails with care.
* Coordinate client meeting bookings, manage secure document collections/deliveries and prepare correspondence/documentation.


Office Operations

* Oversee meeting room bookings, resolve scheduling conflicts and maintain kitchen facilities.
* Coordinate external food suppliers, support facility maintenance/cleanliness standards and manage mail processing/scanning/filing/banking duties.

Essential Requirements:

* Minimum 2+ years administration experience preferably in professional services.
* Exceptional verbal/written communication skills.
* Strong organisational abilities with keen attention to detail.
* Professional presentation/demeanour.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office/ability to learn business-specific software.
* Discretion in handling confidential information.
* Australian working rights.
