About the Job: As a delivery specialist, you'll be part of a team responsible for transporting goods and products to customers. You'll work closely with plumbers and other tradespeople, providing excellent customer service and ensuring seamless operations within the warehouse and trade counter.
Day-to-Day Tasks: Your typical day will involve delivering products and parts to customers using a company vehicle, picking and packing orders, maintaining shop floor displays, and ensuring accurate information is provided. You'll also help keep the branch and warehouse tidy and safe.
We're looking for someone who has previous experience in delivery driving, retail, or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone. If you can use a computer and are happy to learn new systems, we'd love to hear from you.
