Canine Care Professional Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Canine Care Professional.
As a key member of our grooming salon, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and services to our canine clients. This includes bathing, drying, nail clipping, brushing, combing, generic & breed clipping, and ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all customers and their dogs.
You will also coordinate the grooming salon and clients in conjunction with the Salon Manager, make client bookings, assist the shop floor team when required, manage stock, work with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets, maintain a strong safety mindset, and support local marketing opportunities and recruitment referral programs.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality canine grooming services.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Work collaboratively with the Salon Manager and team to achieve business objectives.
* Assist with stock management and control.
* Maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements:
* Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in professional dog grooming is required.
* Qualification in Grooming, preferably but not essential.
* Ability to create and embed strong safety practices across the salon and store.
* Good knowledge of specific breed clips.
* Physical fitness, as lifting heavy animals may be required.
* Demonstrated experience in handling and working with live animals.
