About You
We are seeking a talented, enthusiastic, and committed professional who brings design strength, technical capability, and local experience to our studio.
You should have a genuine passion for delivering quality architecture—and ideally take pleasure in spending most of your time drawing, exploring, and developing design ideas.

You will have a minimum of 8 years' relevant post-graduate experience with significant architectural projects, a strong technical and design foundation, and an interest in evolving design responses that reflect our studio's values.
As a core member of the practice, you will work closely with the Project Director, Design Architect, and wider team to:
Explore and refine design direction
Resolve design and technical challenges
Develop thoughtful details and comprehensive drawing packages across all project stages
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technical staff
We're Seeking Someone With
The passion and rigor to uphold design intent throughout the architectural process
A logical, analytical, and creative approach to problem-solving
Strong knowledge of local construction systems and bespoke detailing
A thorough understanding of building codes, Australian Standards, and local planning regulations
Proficiency with Revit / BIM processes and protocols
Experience coordinating consultants
The ability to produce clear, accurate, and efficient drawings
